Welcome to the Murray Bridge Community Club
Whether you are looking for a venue for your wedding
reception or a small training seminar or meeting, the Murray Bridge Club can
cater for your needs.
We can carry out the room set up for you or if you are on a
budget we can let you set up the room. The Murray Bridge Club has various
table configurations. From theatre style or cabaret style and even a full
board room table that caters for up to 32 people. This with meal choices from
Finger Food to a full Restaurant a la carte style menu we can cater for your
every occasion.

FUNCTION ROOM FEES
Theatre Style
Includes setting up of seating, up to 3 tables (registration, head and
projector), use and set up of lectern, whiteboard, overhead projector &
screen, bar facilities and PA system if required.
- Up to 50 persons $120.
- 51 - 90 persons $200.
- 91 -130 persons $250.
- 131+ persons POA.
Data projector from $100 p/day.
Discounts for multiple days hire.
Cabaret style includes set up of tables and seating, table settings,
preparation of dance floor, use and set up of lectern, whiteboard, overhead
projector & screen, bar facilities and PA system if required.
- Up to 50 persons $170
- 51 - 90 persons $250
- 91 -130 persons $300
- 131+ persons poa
Full payment of room hire will be required to secure
your booking.
Corkage, $5.00 per bottle.
Numbers will need to be finalised 7 days prior to your function.
No discounts will be given for late cancellations.
75% payment of your function costs will be required 7
days prior to your booking.
Any function cancelled within 28 days of your booking
will forfeit the full room deposit.
All other deposits will be refunded with a 25%
surcharge deducted at management’s discretion.

Prices will not change once your deposit has been
paid
All minors must be off the premises by 12.00
midnight.
